We’re reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to ask for your support for our dad, Mike, who is in urgent need of lumbar decompression surgery. Ongoing issues with his back have left him in constant, debilitating pain. Every day is a struggle—simple movements cause intense discomfort, and his quality of life has drastically declined.

After losing his job last year, Dad no longer has access to medical aid. We’ve had to explore options outside of Zimbabwe to find a more affordable place for the surgery, but even with this route, the overall costs remain significant.

We’re raising funds to support the cost of the surgery, flights and accommodation and post operative care.

It’s incredibly hard for us to ask for help, especially knowing how challenging times are for so many. But if you’re able to contribute—no matter how small—it would mean the world to us. Every donation brings us one step closer to getting our dad the relief and healing he needs.
