Pastor Matthew Watts has an idea of setting up a $10,000 on-going revolving Bail Bond Fund to be used as bail to get non-violent juveniles released from the Tiger Morton Juvenile Detention Center on bond.. A Covid-19 break-out at Tiger Morton has forced Tiger Morton to restrict youth to their cells.This is unhealthy situation for some you underlining mental health issues.
