One Year No Beer on The South West Coastal Path

Hello! I’ve decided to do One Year Sober and walk the Southwest Coastal Path during that year (630miles). I’d really like to raise some money while I’m at it so I’ve chosen to donate to The Music Works , they’re specialists in working with young people in challenging circumstances to help them reach their full potential in music, in learning, and in life, my brother David Pearson attends along with his housemates, I went along with him and they were in their element!

My relationship with alcohol over the years has been a difficult one to navigate, when I heard about the OneYearNoBeerMovement I decided a year off would be a really great thing and give me some time to reflect and to choose how I drink in the future :)
