One step closer to my full potential

Hello, my name is Katie - some of you probably know me as Ka-raba. I am a DJ and event curator based in Switzerland. I am at the point of my life where I am working towards moving away from here and in order to do that I need your support.

Living in Switzerland is expensive (af) because the cost of living is extremely high here. It has been difficult to sustain myself as a free-lancer and over the years I have accumulated debts which I am not able to get rid and pay off by myself. I do a lot of work which revolves around community and co- create platforms with local and international artists to showcase their crafts. I want to keep on doing this since I love what I do and expand my network by moving away from Switzerland. But in order to accomplish this and step into the next phase of my life I need some help. My current situation is very anxiety inducing and it would be a huge relief for my mental health. I would wish for myself to get out of the survival mode and paying off my debts would bring me one step closer towards a semblance of financial security.

All the donations will go towards paying off my debts, rent, bills and everyday living expenses. If there is a surplus of funds, I would put them aside to build my future with a bit of financial security abroad.
