Today I met a man on his knees—and this time, it wasn’t just about hunger or shelter.
 It was about his feet.
He showed me the damage from the cold. Severe frostbite. His toes are discolored, numb, and getting worse by the day. He told me he’s already been warned… if he doesn’t get proper medical treatment soon, he could lose part of his feet.
Amputation.
 Let that sink in.
 He’s not asking for money to get by—he’s asking for a chance to keep his ability to walk, to work, to live a normal life again. Right now, he needs urgent help: medical care, warm shelter, proper clothing, and basic support to stop this from getting worse.
 The hardest part? This might still be preventable… but not for long.
