I will be returning back to Kabale District in Uganda in October 2025 to follow up previous volunteer work on the One Love Project. The money donated previously has helped to fund the special needs unit, we are now hoping to build a skills centre so once their education is finished they can learn skills to use to give them a chance of employment. This school provides education and also houses orphans, it’s gives children with special needs some hope of a better life by providing shelter and care. The school and special needs centre is entirely funded by donations and every volunteer trip is self funded so each and every item or money you donate reaches the school/orphans directly. We hope to raise £1000 per volunteer which will continue to fund the school, expand the skills unit and keep the teachers and carers needed to run the project.
