Our world is preparing to say goodbye to someone irreplaceable.

Timothy Jase Isa'ako - a devoted father, loving fiancé, gentle soul, and the heart of our family — is nearing the final stages of his battle with aggressive stage 4 gastric cancer.

He has fought with courage, humour, faith, and love for as long as humanly possible. He has tried every option, held on through every treatment, and stayed strong for his children and his partner, Alex.

But this cancer has taken so much from him, and we are now facing the heartbreaking reality that Tim does not have much time left.

He will most likely never get to meet his new baby on the way.

A little life he already loves, but will never hold.

We are devastated, and our hearts are breaking every day.
