December 17th 2021 Lincoln left this home in an ambulance aspirating blood and in cardiac arrest . Gilmer County EMS must have responded in moments ....

Life light was down due to fog but they heard a 9 year old male was critical in Ellijay .

They called "time" time of death 4 times as I watched compressions and every member in that room trying to rescusitate this baby !

I said please get CHOA on facetime ! please god !

they continued to manually bag and compress as he coded when they tried the ventilator.

The ground transport trauma team of Eggelston at CHOA

blew through hours of traffic to get to him .

I remember hearing is he still viable as they communicated his status .

At best they all thought he will maybe make it a few more minutes ...

CHOA got to Ellijay as they kept bagging him ! the EMS goddess Karina used every drop of epi and expertise to keep him alive.

she was clear she said I have only 3 this critical one made it the other didnt .

After 7 hours of ambu bags , strokes , seizures and horror we made it ...

he coded again the 5th time . this doctor sat me down and said just keep him

comfortable his last few minutes he said ethically we cannot do more .

Somehow GOD took the wheel and gave me the words.

I said please get in there and save that baby ! and I agreed that if he had another code I would accept it .

He was on the Oscillator in minutes ...

every few hours it seemed like as shifts changed they sent someone else in to convince me to cease life support .

If not for our prayer warriors and some of my best loved people I could not have tackled the medical justification .

Blood tranfusions , sepsis necrotic fingers and toes , lung collapse, dialysis and drains .

Total organ failure ... his body looked like something dragged out of a pond after months ...

they said best case scenario he lives on a vent paralyzed , mute , trach, gtube .

The fight kept on !!! They said you just are not accepting the situation

I said well take your rotations for update down the hall ...

and I am sorry if my faith looks like denial to you !

They stopped his induced coma ... total paralysis no corneal reflex response .

The last attempt at talking me

into pulling the plug I said

I want to see what doctor wants to sign this ! and I want them in here now !

Lincoln opened one eye , eventually both , he would move them to look at me but no one else ...

My knees were sore from praying ...

I said Lincoln please please you can do this ! momma won't make it if you don't.

Out of every 1,000 doctors of all disciplines maybe 3 said I don't know but she is convinced he is gonna make it .

by January 23 of 2022 !

God showed out !

He was extubated , eyes open and responding.

Dialysis machine gone !

Lungs functional and gave his nurse a thumbs up !!!!

We were moved to a rehab unit at CHOA Scottish Rite

They said he isn't talking and you are legit crazy mom ! and his cognitive prognosis is glib at best .

They had doctors coming in to see this miracle baby recovering from SARS, influenza A , and Omnicron exposure .

Well we showed them !!!! and God moved mountains ...

Lincoln has the most beautiful story to share while he had his other side of life experiences ...

when he is ready he will share it.

For all of you that believed in God , Lincoln and his momma ... just know your prayers were answered .

God Believed in me ... and Lincoln is beautifully mentally intact , his recovery is a miracle and he taking his first small steps with walking ....
