Olive Crest Young Mens Empowerment Training

Kaizen Outreach is partnering with Olive Crest to hold a training and empowerment event for young men in the transitional housing program. These are young men who have grown up in the foster care system and are in the process of creating the rest of their lives.

Olive Crest is a nonprofit organization serving the young people and young adults of LA area.

We will meet with the young men, face to face, and hold a 4 hour session with opportunities for fun, masculine connection, self-reflection and growth.

The date set for this event is 19 December, 2020.

In order to do this, we need to complete various certifications for every member of our team, as follows:

1) LiveScan
2) CPR Training
3) Drivers Record
4) TB Test

This combined with the cost of food, materials, and supplies for the young men will add up to our fund raising goal.

Any funds raised beyond our current goal of $1,728.00 will go toward the year long commitment we have made to support and mentor the young men in partnership with Olive Crest.
