Reviving the East Coast car community starts with a safe place to drive.

We’re looking at building a small motorsport facility in Delaware designed specifically for autocross and drifting — a place where enthusiasts can push their limits safely, legally, and without driving hours just to find an event.

Delaware sits right in the middle of the East Coast, making it the perfect home base for a community that desperately needs somewhere to gather again.

Right now, many drivers are forced to choose between long trips to distant tracks or taking risks on public roads. Neither option supports safety, growth, or the future of the car community. We want to change that.

Our vision is a multi‑use paved course with interchangeable layouts, designed for autocross, drifting, and community events. We also plan to include an on‑site garage once things get setup to help with minor issues and keep drivers on track instead of stranded.

We plan on setting up daily events ourselves, with entry fees per car, as well as allowing full and half-day rentals for larger groups. The aim is to make spirited driving as accessible as we can.

This project is big — and it will take time — but the impact will be even bigger. We’re not doing this to get rich, a project this expensive sure won't get us there. We’re doing it because the car community deserves a safe, welcoming home where passion and responsibility can coexist.
