Hi, our names are Oisín Tunney, Cillian Hickey and Conor Hogan and we are completing a fundraiser for Pieta. Over the course of the next few weeks we will be completing individual challenges to raise awareness about suicide and suicide prevention before completing the Great Limerick Marathon together on the 4th of May. Our main goal is to raise awareness about the different support services out there for people and how to notice some of the warning signs of suicide. On average every year over 450 people in Ireland take their lives from suicide and 80% being men and losing one life is life too much. So our goal is to raise awareness and on how we can all make a small difference for suicide prevention.
