On Saturday 28th February, a team of 8 brave souls from Mowi Ireland's south west region will take on Hell & Back. The 14km obstacle course will test our endurance and strength, but as a team anything is possible! On the 19th April 2026 I will be taking on my 1st ever Marathon in one of Ireland's toughest courses at out in Connemara ⛰️⛰️⛰️

Hi, my name is Khansa and I’m taking on a 62 mile walk to raise funds for Pieta House, a charity that provides vital support for people struggling with their mental health, self harm, and suicidal thoughts. Mental health affects so many of us, our friends, and our families, often in ways we don’t see. I wanted to challenge myself physically to show support for those fighting battles that are invisible every day. Every mile I walk represents hope, strength, and the reminder that no one should have to face their struggles alone. The money raised will go directly to Pieta House so they can continue offering free, life saving services to those who need them most. Any donation, big or small, will make a real difference, and I truly appreciate your support on this journey.

This February, I'm walking 62 miles (100km) in support of Pieta, this is a cause that is very important and meaningful to me.

Many teenagers and adults struggle in silence with suicidal ideation and self-harm. Way too many don't reach out for help because they feel afraid to speak up. Pieta provides free support to young people and families when they need it most.

Brave the Shave – In Memory of Our Dad

Hi everyone,

I’m taking on Brave the Shave in memory of my dad, with his birthday falling just 5 days after the event. My brother Anthony is doing it with me, which makes it even more special for us both.

Our dad was the kind of man who could light up a room — always quick with a joke, a smile, and his classic saying, “Don’t panic, lad.” And of course, he was well-known for his bald head.

So Anthony and I and few more are shaving it all off in his honour, to celebrate him the way he’d love: with a laugh, a bit of madness, and hopefully a lot of good raised for Pieta House.
