19 people take their lives each day in the uk alone by means of suicide. I will be cycling a total of 570 miles in the month of November to help raise funds for this amazing charity that constantly helps remove the stigma around this subject and give people a safe space where they can receive support from trained competent volunteers without the long NHS wait.
