Officer Chuck Thomas McKeesport, PA PD

Hi My name is Danielle (Dani) Thomas, I am Chuck’s sister.

Chuck is a police officer for McKeesport PD and resident of McKeesport, PA. As many of you may know, Chuck was shot in the line of duty on February 6, 2023 while he and a fellow officer were responding to a domestic call in the community. Upon encountering the suspect, he pulled out a handgun and opened fire. Chuck was shot several times, his partner unfortunately was fatally wounded.

Chuck is overwhelmed and grateful for the well wishes, prayers, thoughts, messages and concern received from far and wide since that tragic day. He has a long history of public service and has been with McKeesport PD for 4 years. The physical, emotional and mental healing process will be long for him, all families and officers as well as the community.

It warms all of our hearts ❤️ to hear from so many people wanting to donate to Chuck and hear how much he means to everyone. ☺️

All of the donations received will go directly to him in support of his family during his recovery. Please continue to pray, reach out, comfort and support my brother, he needs and welcomes it.
