Help young men access exercise to better wellbeing

Incorporated in November 2022, The Mental Shift is a Community Interest Company (14468287) registered in England and Wales. The Mental Shift CIC offers unique and tailored service provisions to young men in schools and gyms, across the UK, providing support and education around mental health, wellbeing, and violent crime.

Over the past 12 months, The Mental Shift CIC has been able to educate 90+ students in schools, directly support 10+ young people through training programs, and reach 1000+ young people through video content. The Mental Shift CIC operates in Newcastle and has partner gyms from Liverpool all the way up to Scotland... with plans to expand further.

Being a primarily self funded not-for-profit company, we rely heavily on funding and donations to continue to fund our unique 12-week Muay Thai training program - where referrals are received from various services including the Youth Justice Service. It costs £400 per participant which covers essential training equipment, free training, PTs, and peer mentoring.

I ask that, if possible, you donate as little as £5 to support The Mental Shift CIC in providing second-to-none support for young males suffering with their physical and mental health.
