Off Ya Trolley
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Kendall – a local teacher from Sydney, parent, and founder of a community-first initiative called Off Ya Trolley.
For the past year, I’ve been working on a solution to the growing problem of abandoned shopping trolleys across our suburbs – a problem that wastes time, money, and resources, and damages our shared public spaces.
I’m raising funds to build a working prototype and trial version of a world-first, community-powered trolley management system. This includes trolley bays made from recycled materials, solar-powered tracking stations, smart basket systems, and a community rewards app – all designed to eliminate abandoned trolleys and create local jobs.
This project is deeply personal. I’ve invested my own savings and countless hours into designing a system that puts people, not just profits, at the centre of the solution. What started as frustration turned into a mission – to build something that brings councils, retailers, and residents together for good.
Your donation will go toward:
• Building a scale model and mobile prototype for public demonstration
• Materials and components for the trolley bay and basket return system
• Legal protections (IP and startup costs)
• Running a pilot with local councils and retailers
Even a small amount helps show there’s public support behind this idea – and helps me take this from concept to community impact.
Thank you for being part of the movement to get Off Ya Trolley and back on track.
