Thomason Lab Fundraiser for Odyssey House

Dr. Moriah Thomason's SCAN (Social Cognitive Affective Neurodevelopment) lab is raising money to benefit the Odyssey House, Inc., and any donation will help make an impact. The Odyssey House is "a community-based organization which aims to provide comprehensive and innovative services to the broadest range of metro New York’s population who abuse drugs, abuse alcohol, and/or suffer from mental illness". The Odyssey House has assisted with recruitment of women and children for the HBCD (HEALthy Brain and Child Development) study, an NIH consortium project exploring how exposure to substances and environmental, social, and biological factors shape brain development.

The SCAN lab is proud to partner with the Odyssey House in our research initiatives, and we are excited to raise money to support the amazing work they do. Top donors who opt to share their name may be invited to a Mother’s Day Celebration hosted by the Odyssey House on Thursday, May 9. You can learn more about the celebration here.
