Odisha Representation at Seattle India Day Parade 2024

Hello, my name is Alisa Das and I am fundraising for the the Odisha showcase for the Seattle India Day Parade happening on Saturday, May 25th from 8:00-9:00AM.

The Seattle India Day Parade is a celebration of Indian culture and diversity. Each regional community will get a chance to showcase their culture through dance, music, attire, and rituals during the parade.

Consul General of India, Seattle, Prakash Gupta Ji, is working on engaging city officials for this event.

The parade will start from the Hilton Hotel and culminate at the Seattle Convention Center Arch.

We need YOUR HELP in putting together Odisha’s representation at the parade. This will include rental of a 4X4 truck (parade float), designing, construction and decoration of it.

Please help us in proudly displaying the beautiful parts of Odisha culture.

ANY donations are welcome to support our volunteers who work to put this together!

*All funds not used in the construction of the float will be donated to the Bothell Hindu Temple and Cultural Center construction of the Shri Jagannath Temple inaugurating in July 2024*
