Octavius got into a fight with another dog, which left his leg badly injured. Unfortunately, the leg wound has turned out to be much more serious than we thought.

His leg became extremely swollen, raising concerns about infection and fluid building up beneath the wound. Octavius had to be hospitalized and put under sedation so the veterinary team could open, thoroughly clean and debride the wound, flush the area, and remove any fluid, damaged tissue, and debris. This poor boy has already been through so much, and now we’re facing another unexpected medical bill to get his leg healed.
