Oceanside Residents Opposing Drive Thru on Henrietta Ave

We are raising funds to hire a professional survey and appraiser to conduct an assessment for the proposed Popeyes Drive Thru and restaurant on the corner of Henrietta and Long Beach Road and present their findings at the meeting.

The appraiser will discuss how the character of the community will change as well as significant property value decline. He will also talk about the traffic the Baldwin location creates onto Grand Avenue. And the fact that the property is not sized for this establishment with drive thru.

Neighbors that oppose the project can help fund this very important official findings report to present as part of our opposition at the variance meeting. The meeting will be June 26th, 2024 at 2 pm at
