Ocean to City for Coiscéim Low Cost Counselling

Hi, my name is Rebecca O Mahony and on 31st of May 2025 I'm taking part in the Ocean to City Race - a powerful journey from the mouth of the ocean into the heart of Cork. It's a physical challenge, but also a symbolic one; a journey of endurance, connection and hope.

I’m rowing in support of Coiscéim, a low-cost counselling service that offers vital mental health support to people who might not otherwise be able to afford it. As a therapist, I know how deeply lives can change when someone is truly heard, supported, and empowered.

With your support, I hope to raise €1000.00 to help Coiscéim continue this essential work. Every euro goes toward affordable sessions for those navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and life’s many challenges.
