Oak and RJ

Hey, so y'all know who I am and y'all know I have 2 babies. I'm looking for help. Tuesday night (9/30/2025), me and Tai were at work and we got a call saying OakLynn had gotten out of the house and almost got hit by a car. The babysitter had fallen asleep while babysitting. The police and DSS were contacted, and DSS took our babies that night. They got placed in an emergency foster home. We had court the next morning, and the judge ordered the babies to stay with the foster parents. They gave us a paper to fill out to take back to the county clerk to see if we could get an attorney, and we got denied. I quit my job because of this, and my husband only brings in $31k a year after taxes. Because we cannot claim the kids due to the fact we don't have them in our care, we got denied because we "make too much." Due to that, we are more than likely going to have to pay for an attorney to get our babies back. We are asking for help. Anyone who knows us knows we love our kids and would NEVER do anything to harm them. We are praying every day. The only thing we know is our children are over an hour away.
