We are all seeing harrowing images coming out of India with the second wave of COVID 19 creating a havoc in the country. As per CNN jut now India surpassed 20 million Covid-19 cases Tuesday as a second wave of infections continues to paralyze the world's second-most populous country.

We, Geeta Kohli and Varun Kohli are doing our part and supporting a group of amazing individuals led by a close friend and philanthropist Ajay Singh. We are helping Ajay and team in procuring significant amounts of Oxygen Concentrators in the United States to be shipped to rural parts of northern India where there are no hospitals and people are dying in their homes, gasping for air!
These Oxygen Concentrators can cost anywhere between $500 and $1,000 per unit - especially now with high demand. In addition, these units are heavy - roughly 25kg - adding large shipping costs.
We will provide updates as equipment ships and reaches the communities. Please help us and the team to achieve this goal and contribute to the relief for a community in dire need.
Funds are managed thru a well established charity organization, India Development and Relief Fund (IDRF). IDRF is a USA-based 501 (c ) (3) tax-exempt public charity that supports impoverished people in India, Nepal & Sri Lanka. Established in 1988 by a World Bank economist, IDRF empowers marginalized people with skills, services & infrastructure.
