Hi, my name is Aliya. I am trying to raise money for my father. He has been diagnosed with Polycystic kidney disease when he was in his early 30s. He has kept his kidney preserved and healthy as best as he could by diet and exercise, but now it's run it's course and he is in need of a kidney transplant. I am asking for help for him because he is retired and his insurance doesn't cover $5000 of the surgery and without the transplant he will die.
