My name is Nykisha Buncik, the daughter of the these two outstanding human beings. I'll make a really long story kinda short. In August of 2023 after 11 long wonderful years, my parents and two little sisters were abruptly and wrongfully evicted. They were great tenants those 11 years, Paid rent on time, didn't complain about almost anything. But due to the fact their landlord was needing that space for a traveling worker he had coming in who needed a home. My daddy went to pay rent that month and he was told that they had 30 days to move out. Obviously upset but once again did not fuss they packed up 11 beautiful years into a 10× 20 storage unit and figured out what they would do next. After alot of tears and heartache they moved in with me. Where we all decided what they could or would do next. We've spent almost two years trying to get them a home. But as many of you now a days that is not something that is even remotely easy. They would never ask for help not in a million years but this is really starting to take a toll on my parents health. Not only physically but mentally. Every person craves somewhere to call home. My daddy is fighting so many battles right now with his health, his VA benefits, and his age is catching up to him. He is the kindest 70 year old man you could ever meet. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone who did or didn't need it. He deserves so much more than what life has given him these past 2 years. And my momma she is the glue that has been trying so desperately to hold him together. She goes to work everyday with a smile on her face and doesn't complain one single time! And if you ask me for 53 years old she is trying so hard to move mountains that don't wanna bulge. I want to be able to take these worries from them and give them something they so graciously deserve! Somewhere to call home. If you can or cant donate i just appreciate you guys for reading and sharing their story! Thank you so much in advance♥️
