Hi there!

We (Mark and Kevin) are attempting to complete the Volcano Olympic Triathlon in Lanzarote on Saturday, 27 April 2024. It is the oldest international triathlon race in Spain, consisting of a 1.5 km swim, 40 km cycle, and a 10 km run :)

We are raising money to support The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland (MS Ireland) which provides information, support and advocacy services to the 10,000 people living with MS in Ireland. If you would be so kind as to to support us, every donation will help support the society.
