I’m incredibly excited to be part of the upcoming Service-Learning trip to Swaziland, where I will be contributing to the community of orphaned children in need. One of the key projects I’ll be working on is implementing a protein habitat system that I designed in a course at Indiana University Bloomington. This habitat will provide a sustainable source of protein for children, helping ensure they receive the necessary nutrition they need each day.
The protein habitat will be integrated into a mealworm-based ecosystem, which can be a cost-effective and reliable way to deliver high-protein food for the children. This system will provide the children with an essential protein source, improving their overall health and helping to combat the effects of malnutrition. I’m also eager to contribute to other aspects of volunteering, including assisting with education, healthcare, and offering support to the families and children.
As part of my fundraising efforts for this trip, I am reaching out for any donations to help cover the costs of supplies for the protein habitats, educational resources, and travel expenses. Whether big or small, your donations will make a direct impact on the children’s lives, and I’m deeply grateful for any support. Thank you for joining me in this meaningful journey to make a lasting difference in Swaziland!
