Hello to everyone reading this. My name is Acton Mingo, and I'm the oldest grandson of Davorka "Nuna" Mingo (and the son of Nuna's only child, Elana Mingo). I've made this GoFundMe because Nuna, our beloved mother, grandmother, friend, and former school teacher, passed away last week, leaving us all heartbroken, and at a total loss. Nuna had a very challenging life, especially in her later years. A constant fight with brain tumors for 10 years, and other medical issues, caused a lot of stress and worry to her, and her family. But, this never broke her spirit. No matter the situation, she was always worried about others, and no matter what, she always wanted the best for her family. I'm trying to raise enough money to be able to help ease my family's financial struggles that we are facing at the moment as there are many sudden expenses that a death brings. Anything helps and we thank you sincerely. We do not have a date or time for a service or celebration of life as of yet. Things are just too fresh right now but we want to have a get-together at a later time. We will let you all know. Thanks again.
