Dear Brothers of Many Years:
Our beloved cook and friend Florida Taylor Ward is getting up in years (as are we all). Yet she still is the same in so many ways and retains an incredibly positive attitude on life - despite all the shit we put her through. She lovingly always refers to her years with us as some of the best in her life and to us as 'her boys'.
Many believe it is appropriate for us to show her our appreciation and to concurrently permit her to live her last (and hopefully many more) years with a bit of style. Remember how appreciative she was the many times we gave her roses and how much she loved hearing the beautiful songs we sang to her (“fu*#k all you “motherfu*#kers!”)?
Florida is and has been tight on money - made increasingly worse by a landlord that continues to increase her rent beyond levels her limited social security can afford.
If you can, please help us show her our appreciation for many great and memorable years. Not asking for much, any and all amounts greatly appreciated. It will assuredly put a huge smile on her face and remind her that we reciprocate the love she had for us.
Every dollar we raise will go to Flo! This is a one-time donation request. If for some reason she unfortunately passes soon, any remaining amounts will be distributed to her family or her remaining expenses.
Flo's birthday is coming up on April 6th. We're hopeful the bros can rally and make this one special for her.
