Hi, My name is Rachel Howard. I'm taking part in a Sky Dive on 14th June, in the Lake District with British Sky Dive. I've recently set up a women's mental health support group in my community called She Matters. At She Matters, we want to provide a safe space for women to come and talk and share anything they might be going through or need support on. Nobody should have to go through anything alone and at She Matters we are working to provide support and a space for women to feel like they aren't alone.

Our group meet once a month and with the money I raise we are going to give back to the women that come to our group in, whether it's self care vouchers or something they need. Any donation is very much appreciated.
