Save the NRA! Remove Wayne LaPierre!
The NRA is in the grip of charlatans and shysters. Only dramatic action can wrest the Association from them and bring about the fundamental changes desperately needed to save it from the greed and corruption of LaPierre and his cronies.
Your participation and financial support will help fund the class action lawsuit that was brought by NRA Life Member and major donor, David Dell’Aquila, on behalf of NRA members.
The Attorney General of New York is suing to destroy the NRA, but David Dell’Aquila and his associates are suing to save the NRA.
LaPierre and his fellow swindlers have lived liked kings, bilking the Association of hundreds of millions of dollars over more than two decades. For example, LaPierre spent over $270,000 on custom tailored suits at a Beverly Hills boutique. LaPierre uses private jets to ferry him and his family to vacations in the Bahamas, Lake Cuomo, Budapest, and to NASCAR races. He attempted to use NRA funds purchase a $6 million dollar mansion in Dallas, claiming it was for “security reasons.”
Our lawsuit is calling out this substantial fraud, demanding reorganization and restitution. The record shows that LaPierre and various staff committed significant waste, fraud and abuse of our donations to live the lifestyle of the rich and famous. They demonstrated total indifference to the hardworking Americans paying the tab while they willingly joined the Washington, D.C., cesspool of corruption.
The NRA’s top executives are substantially overpaid compared to similar nonprofits, and they’ve withheld information from the membership, even from Directors, while lining their own and their cronies’ pockets.
Membership has suffered. The NRA claims to have 5 million members, however recent disclosures mention 3.5 million, not 5 million.
I have lost faith in the Board of Directors. Either the board members are being kept in the dark, are completely clueless or LaPierre has an effective circle of cronies maintaining his power. It is clear that LaPierre controls the Boards when the Board should control the Executive Vice President.
It’s time to demand the removal of leadership and start anew. Don’t be fooled. The NRA is not in this position because of the NY AG or pressure and attacks from anti-gun factions. All of this is because of self-inflicted wounds! We, the faithful members of the NRA, need to save the NRA.

So far, the suit has been funded by Dell’Aquila, with some help from a few other Life Members, but as suits and legal strategies expand, so do expenses. That is why we are asking for your help. It is time to rid the NRA of the greed and corruption of the LaPierre era and begin a new era of professional management and principled defense of our rights.
