Help a Small Business Owner and his Family

Hi, my name is Rameez.

I’m fundraising to help a local shopkeeper whose wife has recently been diagnosed with cancer. He works long hours running a small shop and isn’t able to take time off to be with her.

I know there’s so many different causes in the world that could do with our help but for something I know I can at least try and help directly. I didn’t want to put off trying to help someone simply because there are people less fortunate than this man; theres always going to be people that are in a worse situation.

I’ve gotten to know him over the last couple of years while dropping off parcels — he’s kind, humble, and never asks for anything. When he told me about his wife’s situation, I walked away realising how much he’s quietly dealing with.

I wanted to help — and figured maybe others would too.

All funds will go directly to him to ease the financial stress so he can spend more time with his wife, cover any support costs, or even just take a break without worrying about rent or bills.
