My Family in Gaza-support their attempt to survive

In the picture are the children of the family we are trying to save from the scourge of war, the youngest of whom is a one-month-old girl who was born during the war and we have not been able to give her a name yet.

My name is Hani Albayari, a Palestinian refugee in Belgium, I'm organizing this campaign on behalf of my family who are in Gaza.

At the beginning of this summer, my brother (Rizk Albayari) fulfilled his dream of opening the family’s own café, and he chose -ward (flower). But the war in Gaza did not afford this attempt too long, as “Ward” was uprooted and became a pile of sand with the beginning of the ground invasion of Gaza last November. Three months were enough to end the dream, end the hope, and to close my family’s source of income in Gaza.

Because of the war, my family lost a lot, things that no language can describe. The family lost members, friends, and beloved ones. They all lost their homes, as their homes were completely or partially damaged. With the losses, most of them may have lost hope completely.

My family (15 family members including 6 children) is displaced to a tent in Khan Yunis. The family is currently struggling in Gaza, to provide basic needs of food, water and medicine, as they were displaced. They living now under extremely inhumane conditions.

Khan Yunis is the new central for the Israeli military operation. The only hope we have now is our attempts to evacuate the family from Gaza. To do so we need to collect some money, we will use this money as the following:

€60,000 for Permits and Crossing Fees:

The majority of the funds, which amount to €60,000, are necessary to cover the expenses associated with obtaining permits to leave Gaza and the required crossing fees at the borders between Egypt and Gaza in Rafah. This amount can reach up to €5,000 per adult person (above 12 years old) and €2500 for each child.

€4,000 for Immediate Support:

This portion will go towards providing immediate assistance. It will cover my family basic needs for accommodation, food, and other essentials during the transitional period.
