Hi my name is Kerry Hnath and I need your help. A very sweet couple in my neighborhood desperately need renovations to their home. Their names are Laurie and Dave Nickerson. Both Laurie and Dave were born and raised in our small seaside community of Hull, MA. Dave has proudly lived in the home his grandfather built in 1889 his entire life. Unfortunately, because of failing health and a fixed income they are no longer able to properly care for their historic home. Their roof has been leaking for over a year and so badly so that they cannot leave the house when it rains as they have to empty buckets of water catching the rain so they don't overflow. The rain has caused the floors to warp and mold to form on walls. The house needs other repairs as well-porch that is close to caving in and trim that's rotted. And there may be other expenses the contractor finds once he gets in there and starts his work. Any help with expenses would be greatly appreciated.
