At AMA Animal Rescue, we dedicate ourselves to the most severe cases of abuse, neglect, and abandonment - the ones no one else will take. These are the animals who arrive at death’s door: broken, sick, terrified, and desperate for help. Many of our rescues are rushed straight to emergency hospitals, where they often stay for days, undergoing life-saving treatments and surgeries. For our adoptable pets, we don’t stop at the basics. Every animal receives comprehensive medical care - not just core vaccines and bloodwork, but fecal tests to eliminate parasites, dental cleanings, specialist consultations, extra vaccinations, and ongoing treatments for allergies and chronic illnesses.

We open our hearts and arms to the blind, the deaf, the elderly, and those missing eyes or limbs, even the paralyzed, like our brave puppy Muñeco, who was fighting for his life just hours before we stepped in. We rescue those left to die alone on the side of the road and give them a second chance to live and be loved. But this mission is incredibly hard and costly. Every emergency, every surgery, every medication adds up. That’s why, during this Giving Month of November, we’re asking our supporters, followers, and friends to join us.
