In OKC hundreds of our neighbors wake up each day unsure where their next meal will come from. We are a small team of volunteers who go directly to the streets and encampments to serve them with dignity and respect.

What we give to each person:

We prepare and deliver a complete, hearty sack lunch that includes:

• A sandwich

• Chips

• Crackers

• A dessert

• A drink

Along with the sack lunch, we also provide:

• Clothing items (shirts, pants, socks, jackets, and more)

• Plenty of water and other drinks

• Dog food for anyone traveling with a dog

• Blankets during the colder months

• Additional essentials as needed

Every person receives their own thoughtfully packed sack lunch and care items. We take time to connect with each individual and make sure they feel seen and valued — including caring for the dogs that are often their loyal companions.

Here’s how far your donation goes:

Because we buy in bulk and handle everything ourselves with almost no overhead, we keep costs extremely low:

• Just $0.50 provides one complete sack lunch (sandwich, chips, crackers, dessert, and a drink)

• $5 feeds 10 people a full meal

• $25 can provide complete sack lunches and water for 50 people, plus clothing, dog food, or other needed items

• Larger gifts help us stock winter blankets and expand what we can offer

You can also volunteer if desired. We welcome volunteers to help assemble sack lunches, join us on distributions, or assist in other ways. If you're interested, just reach out through the campaign page or comments — we'd love to have you join us!

A personal note of hope:

When you donate, you can include a short personal message or note of encouragement. We will make sure your note is included with the sack lunch and items we give that day. These notes often mean as much as the food itself — a reminder that someone in our community cares.

Full transparency and accountability:

• We can provide references from our local church leadership.

• Every dollar is used for food, clothing, water, dog food, blankets, and direct supplies.

• We share regular updates with photos of distributions (privacy protected), receipts, and clear reports so you always know exactly how your gift was used.

• We welcome questions and are happy to provide additional verification at any time.

This is hands-on, direct outreach. We focus on reaching people who may not be connected to larger shelters and making sure each person — and their dog when present — receives practical help along with a little human kindness.
