Hi, I am Colton Jennings and started Nourish Kits. My goal is to be able to feed as many children as possible during the two weeks they are home for Winter Break. Many people forget that although Christmas Break is seemingly a happy time, for some it may be a time without basic necessities. I am devoted to helping those in need to ensure that Christmas Break is a time of happiness and laughter, without worry.

Nourish Kits is a completely non-profit organization. The system behind this is completely transparent, and has a simple layout. Donations will be collected from mid-September till mid-November via GoFundMe. Once donations have been completed, we will then order all the food. Once the food is delivered, it will then be packed into individual boxes and transported to designated pick-up locations for the children. Finally, a designated pick-up day(s) will be determined and the families will come pick up the food.

I will be working with multiple different schools across the greater Cleveland area to help their students who are in need. Every single dollar donated will be used towards the purchase of food. The cost to feed one child in need for 1 whole week is around $25 dollars. Any amount is greatly appreciated, and will be used to help the hunger crisis in our cities.
