CALL TO ACTION!!
On this Indigenous Peoples Day 2020 Four Borderless Corners, An Intersectional Justice Exchange, is beginning our formal campaign for the removal of "The Chief" vintage sign on 9th St. in Durango, CO.

This caricature by its very creation directly fuels the practice of dehumanization as an oppression tactic. For too long we've seen this style of imagery used in this country, and we're now seeing a new uptick in removal and social healing. This inclusive practice is sweeping the nation, Durango has allowed this sign to stand for way to long!

If you haven't signed this petition (https://www.change.org/p/toh-atin-gallery-take-down-the-chief-racist-caricature-sign-of-toh-atin-gallery-in-durango-colorado) please do now, and to further this work consider donating any amount to this removal campaign. This fund will be pooled to support removal efforts, however those might look, from promotional materials to support for the actual physical removal. EVERYTHING HELPS! This is an action YOU can take in making an environmental change in your country and community. This sign standing is nothing short of a public health crisis that everyone can act on.

Please stand in solidarity with Indigenous people today and everyday.
