I started Handyman Joe right here in my senior community in Modesto, California. I saw so many small but important home repairs that weren’t getting done — things that were too hard for seniors to do on their own, and too small for big companies to bother with.

I began offering help one job at a time — and the word spread fast. Today, I’m getting more calls than I can handle. I’ve had people ask if I’m hiring, and I’ve had to turn down jobs because there just aren’t enough hours in the day.

That’s why I’m raising $25,000 — to grow Handyman Joe and hire my first team member. With your help, I’ll be able to:

• Train and pay an employee

• Cover insurance, licensing, and business essentials

• Launch a small marketing push to reach even more people who need help
