We want to improve the area around North Uist War Memorial to make it more accessible for everyone, ensuring that all feel welcome and are able to attend. With links to local schools we have already encouraged young people to get involved in maintaining this valued space.We aim to pass on the importance of remembrance and respect while connecting with local history.
