We are sending this out upon the request of our neighbors who wanted to contribute to the recent updates at North Beach. Please know that there is absolutely no expectation for contributions, so do not feel obligated in any way.

Many years ago there was a floating dock at North Beach which unfortunately disappeared. We decided to bring it back for good! The dock is intended for community use so please take advantage of it. We also upgraded the landscaping at the entrance of North Beach for better access and aesthtics. I have included the hard costs of both; Dock $9535.00 and Landscaping $3600. We are not including the permitting/engineering/storage fees.
