North Attleboro Global War On Terrorism Monument

Please help the North Attleboro Veterans Services Office in conjunction with the Friends of North Attleboro Monuments make our Global War on Terrorism monument for our town’s service members who served in Iraq and Afghanistan a permanent addition to the Barrows Veterans Memorial Park and a long overdue reality! There will be NO public funds used for this project. This project is privately funded and relies solely on all of the town’s citizens and businesses to make it happen. Donations in the form of a check (made out to Friends of North Attleboro Monuments) can be mailed to PO Box 372, North Attleboro, MA 02761 or dropped off at the Veterans Service Office in the town hall.

For two decades, members of the armed forces, civilians, and their families have courageously stepped up to serve in the Global War on Terrorism (conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and many other parts of the world). Our GWOT Monument will be a lasting tribute to the courage and sacrifice of all who have served in the nation’s longest ongoing conflict to protect our country while inspiring all Americans to stand united behind those who continue to serve.

Friends of North Attleboro Monuments is an incorporated Massachusetts non-profit public charity. We are made up of North Attleboro residents dedicated to raising funds for maintaining and building monuments in recognition of all our town's armed forces Veterans (past, present and future).
