The No Route 10 Warehouse group is made up of Flying Hills residents and residents of the surrounding communities, along with business owners and those working in and commuting to the local businesses surrounding Route 10. We came together (and welcome you to join us) to fight against the proposed warehouse project.
For more detailed information about the history of the land, the rezoning from Rural Conservation to General Industrial and the plans for this monstrosity, please visit our website at WWW.NORT10WAREHOUSE .COM.
Cumru Township elected officials and Northpoint representatives know we are serious and aren’t giving up the fight. History tells us that when neighbors get together and oppose such projects, they can make a difference and even win!!
We need your help! We have retained the services of a highly recommended attorney who specializes in zoning and land use. This Gofundme is to help defray the legal expenses and fees that will be involved in that fight.
If you are concerned about our wildlife (there is an eagle’s nest near the site) or enjoy the scenic landscape, please help us. If you travel Route 10 and the intersecting roads to commute to work or home, please help us. If you are concerned with the safety of our children being transported on school buses in and around Route 10, we need your help. If you are concerned for the lives of those who will be impacted by the traffic accidents and traffic jams that we feel are inevitable, please help us. Don’t let Route 10 become the next I-78!
