Welcome to Norfolk’s THRIVE abstinence Community group fundraising page! I am Richard (above), one of the co-founders of the group.

THRIVE provides weekly face to face and digital peer support to those that wish to maintain abstinence in Norfolk. THRIVE members understand the often used phrase ‘ the opposite of addiction is connection’ and help to connect members that otherwise would be socially isolated.

Our beautiful Norfolk county is enormous. THRIVE members recognise the benefits of connecting the abstinent community together and understand the limitations of existing transport opportunities.

To overcome this, THRIVE members will be taking part in a sponsored skydive on 23rd June 2024. With the first plane taking off at 10.30. Each brave member will be leaping out of a plane at 13,000 feet!! Your generous sponsorship will go towards transport solutions that will help to bring members together and build a Norfolk wide abstinent community.
