Norfolk Coast 100 mile challenge

On Saturday 1st June 2024 I'm raising money in aid of NORWICH STROKE SURVIVORS' CLUB.

I've decided to set myself a huge personal challenge of running, walking, crawling 100 miles around the Norfolk coast, between Kings Lynn and Hopton, non-stop!!

My father is a stroke victim of 12 years now. His and my mother's life was completely changed in seconds. Coming to terms, trying to find help, with this life changing event mum found the Norwich stroke survivors club. This a small charity, the only one locally, immediately offered help, support, and companionship about how to cope with living after a stroke strikes. 

All donations will be used to carry on the great work helping families by NowichSSC.
