This November, we are coming together to make a real impact on our community! We're kicking off the first annual "Season of Giving," a new, NorCal Compass Cares initiative to support local and statewide charities.

This year, we've selected California Association of Food Banks as our NorCal-wide beneficiary for our fundraising efforts. This means that every office in Northern California will be raising money for the same impactful cause through December 2025!
