Hello everyone,

I’m making this gofundme in the hopes of being able to lend my family financial assistance. My father has been abusive to my mother, my brother and me for all my life and constantly misuses his financial power. My mother was a stay at home mum for the longest time and whenever she would try and gain employment or start a business, he would constantly sabotage her.

I’ve been helping the best I can but now that I have lost my job, it’s been hard. Especially because I’m subject to watching my mother struggle all on her own and attempt to appease to her abuser to cover rent and basic utilities. And also watch my brother struggle with trying to get through university on very little. She started another business venture recently but business has been slow and because of that, she is yet again forced to rely on my father for support that he is hardly ever willing to give.

I’m hoping to raise enough money to pay off the rest of my tuition, help my brother with his and also help my mother with rent for the next couple of months while I’m looking for other job opportunities that enable me to work with my disabilities and also complete my last year of uni
