Noel's life saving emergency surgery

Noel was rescued in Jamaica Queens. She is senior previous a house cat that she lived in Brooklyn NY. She was dumped in Queens 1 year ago to die. She was not lost..No one looked for her. She was very thin and fragile struggling to survive. After vetting and further examination we found out that she had a previous pelvic fracture that pressures her colon to the point that she can't poop. Without the surgery she will die. Please let's give Noel a new second life.
