Hello,

I was hesitant to post as this makes it more real. I know friends, neighbors and my family are wanting to help but the truth is we still don't know the costs. Thank you to all who have already given us support. In my mind I am still thinking of ways to fix this. We have been trying to focus on the rest of our family. She leaves behind 3 of her siblings. Thank you for Praying for us and please continue to Pray for us.

The following is what I was able to share.

It is with a heavy heart to say that we lost our 4 month old. We will always miss her and wonder what life would have been like. We are thankful that we were chosen to be her family. She will always be remembered with all the emotions I can't even write down. She was our Miracle baby we will never forget, we are anxiously waiting when God will let us be with her again. We will be patient and do our best as a family to make sure we honor her and make her proud. Noehmi Maribel Diaz you mean the world to us. Our hearts are broken but you also filled them. Only God knows how much you mean to us all. You will always be with us and we will always be thinking of you. When we have good days it will be thanks to you. We love you with everything we have. Our baby Nanina Rest easy now.

To all our extended family and friends thank you all. You have all shown us Love and support and prayers for something we aren't ready for. All of the Prayers from near and far have been our rock. I hope we stay strong as a family because I know some families break apart. We have such a good example to hold the bar.
