The Problem & Our Solution
The addiction crisis in the United States is overwhelming, and the front-line heroes in this fight—the Suboxone Clinic Case Managers—are fighting with one hand tied behind their backs.
- Currently, their ability to find crucial resources for patients is severely limited by a fractured, state-by-state system.
- When a patient needs help across state lines, or when local resources are exhausted, case managers are left scrambling, often leading to crucial delays or missed opportunities for sobriety.
The Noe Foundation is here to fix this. We are building a national, centralized resource hub designed by addiction experts for addiction experts.
Our platform will provide a unified network where case managers can:
- Connect with peers across the U.S.
Share and vet local and national resources instantly.
- Quickly locate options for housing, employment, transportation, and specialized care, regardless of state lines.
This foundation will empower the people who connect patients to a new life, ultimately making the path to long-term sobriety clearer for countless individuals.
Giving strength to those who hold millions of people back as they stand uncertainly just this side of the ledge of whatever dark canyon they just crawled up out of.
Terri Noe, Founder of this project has had her dream to build this website and community for sometimes and she put her heart and passion into the concept as she will continue to press onward as this dream grows into the hope she knows it will. Hope for a better tomorrow and a better chance for those still struggling today. She herself has seen the life of addiction first hand and with this has a brave and wonderful story of change she herself lived through.
Her dream is supported by a fellow survivor: a long-term addict who found recovery, now sits 5 years sober, and is tirelessly working on a Human Services degree. After a lifetime of struggle that cost him his ability to walk, the founder's strength and care provided the singular driving force he needed to find his own path to redemption—a path he now walks to extend a hand to others.
We know what it takes to recover, and we know exactly what Case Managers need to help others do the same.
